Wow I just love looking at all the before and after pictures, they are so motivational and inspiration and let's all of us that are working towards our goal that seeing is believing and gives us the spirit and hope that we can do this too! Thank you all for sharing you success stories! I am so proud of all of your accomplishments. It can be done without pills, liquid diets, surgery......we all have it in us and MFP is such a wonderful tool to help us all reach our goals! I am just amazed! Thank you again!!1

These are some pics of me taken during my weight loss journey - the first picture was taken in January 2013, when I finally decided to get off my lardy-*kitten* and get fit. I weighed 213lbs at that time. The second picture was taken just over a year later, after attending regular classes at a local gym (Zumba, Bokwa, Cheerobics, Hula-Hooping), and having just started using My Fitness Pal to monitor my weight and eat more healthily. I'd dropped to 162lbs. The third photo was taken when I started doing TurboFire and Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (I'm doing both programs at the same time). The last pictures is taken after Phase 1 of these programs (four weeks later) and my current weight, which is 154lbs. I'm now just 5.5lbs away from hitting my target weight, so really pleased with my progress so far. I've taken the slow but steady approach, but it seems to be working!
